After you made your decision to sign the contract and let us manage your property for you, that is when we get to work.

3. Your house is advertised in local papers, on our web site at http://www.hodagproperty.com and on our billboard in front of our office.

4. As we show the house, we interview the prospective tenants and do a background check on the Wisconsin state court system web site.

5. Once we have made our decision, we collect all rents and security deposits at the time of their taking possession of the unit.

6. We continually keep in touch with the tenants to make sure all aspects of the property are up to expectations and all repair requests are taken care of in a timely manner.

7. If there is a problem that requires any court action, we have our own attorney for such issues.

8. Upon departure of the tenant we do a walk thru to make sure that the property is i the same condition as it was when they moved in.

9. We than forward the security deposit to them.

So in the end, all you have to do is wait for your check to arrive every month.
